Data Protection

Pebble IT helps CIOs and IT Managers reduce the risk of data loss so they can sleep better at night. We will develop a practical backup and recovery strategy, which is regularly tested so that your RTO and RPO objectives will be met in the event of an unplanned outage.

Pebble IT has deep experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server Backup and Recovery technologies. Backups provide the most significant method to help ensure that the business agreements for Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and Recovery Time Objective (RTO) can be met. In some cases, the backups will compliment other High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) facilities which we can also design and deploy as required.

To reduce risk and potentially avoid the very high cost of data loss we can inventory your databases across PROD, STAGING, DEV and TEST and provide a Backup and Recovery assessment which can identify failing backups and mismatches between your existing backup types, schedules, retention periods and verification methods and your RTO and RPO objectives.
